POSTAGE

All orders are packaged sufficiently enough so that your products arrive unharmed. All of our orders are dispatched through Australia Post.

RETURNS

We always do our best to package our products safely so they arrive unharmed when they reach your door. If the product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, it is the customers responsibility to contact us within 14 days of purchase to rectify. We do not accept refunds for damaged, faulty or incorrect goods after this period. Please choose your products carefully as we cannot refund or exchange items for change of mind. We want your shopping experience with us to be a pleasant experience.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

To ensure that you receive your goods promtly, you may choose to give authority for Australia Post to leave your parcel without a signature. By ticking the box in checkout, you are then giving Australia Post authority to leave your parcel unattended if no one is at the delivery address. By allowing your parcel to be delivered without signature, you are also unable to lodge a missing parcel complaint once the parcel has been delivered. Please note, this method of delivery is not recommended.
